Hi, I’m Harriet.
I’m a registered midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Child and Family Health Practitioner, Sleep Consultant and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist.
I’ve worked in midwifery since 2009, supporting families through pregnancy, feeding, sleep and the early parenting transition — across hospital, community and home-visiting settings.
I created The Breast Help in 2021 following the birth of my third baby to offer something many families are searching for:
Calm, practical, evidence-informed support — without guilt, pressure or perfection.
My work focuses on helping you understand your baby as a whole.
Because feeding, sleep and behaviour aren’t separate — they’re deeply connected.
Whether you’re navigating feeding challenges, unsettled sleep, or simply feeling unsure about what’s normal…
You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
