This retreat will provide an opportunity to nurture your body, mind, and spirit as you transition into motherhood, whether you're awaiting your baby or recovering from childbirth.

Our holistic team of practitioners will guide you through educational sessions and hands-on practices tailored to both pregnancy and the postpartum period.

  • Postpartum Nutrition
    Discover nourishing foods and healing recipes with
    Sam Purvis, dietitian specializing in the first 1000 days, to support both pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping you build energy and strength.

  • Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health
    Engage in a supportive discussion on navigating pregnancy and postpartum emotions, facilitated by
    Laura Beaumont, accredited mental health social worker. Learn strategies for emotional support and self-care during this transformative time.

  • Mother & Infant Behaviour Insights
    Gain valuable tips from
    Harriet, IBCLC lactation consultant and midwife, as she guides you through understanding our deep behaviour behaviours as Mothers to our babies. We dive into how our nervous systems and sleep work together, and gain an understanding of sleep foundations that will be able to help you navigate any sleep challenge that may lie ahead on your journey through parenthood.

  • Gentle Movement & Breathwork
    Participate in a restorative movement and breathwork session with
    Lisa, focusing on connecting to your body, deepening breath awareness, and promoting relaxation — perfect for both pregnant and postpartum mothers.

  • Closing Circle & Reflection
    Conclude with a reflective circle, sharing insights and fostering connections with fellow mothers and expectant mothers.
