TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK FOR MOTHERS

Jaclyn Carlson, a certified breathwork instructor renowned for her work with mothers is hosting a gentle yet transformational 90 min session, where you'll learn to release tension and emotions, awakening your energy to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and supported. It's an opportunity to clear your mind, align your body, and engage in a healing experience that resonates on a somatic level, releasing emotions and traumas held in the body's cells.

Why Transformational Breathwork?

Breathwork is more than an exercise; it's a journey to the self. It utilises your most natural resource – the breath – to foster connection, grounding, and presence within your physical body amidst life's constant shifts and challenges. By consciously engaging with your breath, you unlock the door to the deeper realms of your consciousness, revealing hidden patterns and unlocking the potential for transformative growth.

What To Expect:
This 90min workshop combines gentle yet powerful breathing techniques designed to help you release old patterns and embrace new possibilities.

Event Details:

  • Time: 12-1:30pm (Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in)

  • Location: The Village Collective

  • Ticket Cost: $40+gst

  • Capacity: Limited tickets available to maintain an intimate and safe space.

What To Bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Blanket/Pillow

  • Bolster or eye mask for extra comfort (optional)

  • Water and a journal for reflections.

  • Wear comfortable clothing for ease and movement.

Please avoid eating or consuming caffeine at least 60 minutes before the session.
