This one-hour workshop with local wellbeing coach Ami Rankin is designed to help mums feel less alone, less anxious, and more empowered in their Motherhood journey.

Together we will cover:
- What intrusive thoughts are
- Why anxiety and spiralling thoughts often show up in motherhood (and how they can actually be helpful!)
- Simple, practical tools to help you calm your mind in the moment
- How to reframe and remind yourself: I am not broken. I am more than my thoughts.

This workshop is for mums at all stages of Motherhood who want to feel more supported, less anxious and connected to a like-minded community of Mums.

As a mum of two young children, Ami understands first hand the overwhelm, anxiety and mental load that can come with Motherhood. She brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work.

With certifications in NLP, CBT and ACT Ami blends evidence-based mindset tools with a warm, relatable approach that makes women feel seen and supported.
