As we approach the cooler months of the year, we will gather to discuss herbal self-care practices, learn about various herbal medicines, and create a custom herbal cream to treat your individual skin condition. About Maddie:
Maddie Lyons is a clinical naturopath and herbalist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and full practicing member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia. Maddie's clinical experience includes menstrual cycle conditions, fertility and preconception, pregnancy support, postpartum care, perimenopause and menopause, children's health conditions, gut health and metabolism, mental health and skin conditions.
Maddie is available for one-on-one naturopathic consultations at The Village Collective, either in-person or via Telehealth. Maddie also facilitates naturopathic and herbal medicine workshops and talks, on topics such as herbal medicine making, herbal self-care, holistic stress management and postpartum recovery.
