Sessions also include guided opportunities for deep self-reflection, alongside authentic connection and sharing with other mamas on the journey. You’ll also experience nourishing embodiment practices such as guided meditations, visualisations, and restorative yoga poses to leave you feeling calm, supported, and replenished.
