Breastfeeding Class
Join us for a relaxed and informative group class designed to help you feel confident and supported before your breastfeeding journey begins. Led by Harriet Blannin-Ferguson — Registered Midwife and IBCLC — this session covers everything you really need to know about feeding your baby in those early days.
We keep it real, evidence-based, and non-judgemental — perfect for first-time parents or anyone wanting a smoother experience this time around. Partners or support people are warmly encouraged to attend.
What we cover:
How breastfeeding works and what’s normal (cluster feeds, sleepy days, supply worries)
Common challenges (like pain, latch, and pumping) — and how to prevent them
How to know baby is getting enough
Partner support and feeding plans that actually work
Scheduled classes:
August 16 10.30am - 12pm
