Sound Bowl Workshop for Kids - Saturday June 21

from $44.00

I am Miss Nina, mum of 3, early childhood education with 10 years of experience and Holistic Children’s Facilitator dedicated to nurturing the well-being of children through Mindfulness and Sound Bath therapy. I offer engaging workshops where children can explore the sounds of various healing instruments, including Tibetan bowls, gongs, handpans, rain sticks, seed pods, and ocean drums.

In our sessions, we practice a variety of breathing techniques and mindfulness movements. Each workshop culminates in a guided meditation accompanied by sound healing, where children can relax on yoga mats with lavender eye pillows.

The aim for this workshop is to create a safe and joyful space for children to connect with themselves and cultivate inner peace.
