Tired Mamas Meditation Workshop 31 August 2pm-3pm

$20.00

31 August 2pm- 3pm

Rest, Regulate & Recharge

This gentle 45-minute workshop is designed just for tired mums who need a moment to breathe, reset, and feel more like themselves again.

You’ll learn simple breathwork and grounding tools to calm your nervous system, plus self-compassion practices to ease stress, soften negative self-talk, and bring more emotional balance into your day.

We'll end with a beautiful music meditation to leave you feeling nurtured, lighter, and more connected.

No experience needed - just come as you are. You’ll leave with:
Calmer nerves and a clearer mind
Less emotional overwhelm
A kinder, more supportive inner voice
Easy tools you can use anytime - even in the chaos

This is your time to pause, feel supported, and remember that your wellbeing matters too.
