This group is facilitated by Harriet from The Breast Help, a Child and Family Health Midwife, Lactation Consultant, and expert in holistic sleep. Harriet brings her extensive knowledge to guide families in a gentle and connected approach to improving sleep, ensuring a supportive and educational experience.
