The Baby Yoga & Mamma Time is a 5 week course and is a wonderful way to tune in with your baby, meet other local mums and enjoy the many incredible benefits baby yoga brings to you and your baby including:

Each class includes baby yoga, mamma time where we have tea and snacks while sharing our motherhood journey and connecting with the other mums. We always finish up with a calming relaxation both you and baby will enjoy!
