Lisa works with women at every stage of life — many of her clients are pregnant or postpartum, while others are navigating perimenopause or simply want to feel stronger in their bodies.
When Lisa first became a personal trainer 11 years ago, she knew very little about what the female body truly goes through during pregnancy and postpartum. Like many trainers at the time, she simply wasn't taught enough — so she made it her mission to keep learning. After becoming a mum herself, she kept asking, "Why didn't anyone tell me this?" That question has shaped the way she coaches today.
Lisa's goal isn't just to write workouts. It's to help women understand their bodies, trust what they're capable of, and build strength that supports them in everyday life — training for real life, not just the gym.
Sessions are small (max 4 women), supportive, and designed to meet you where you're at. Everything is adjusted to suit your body, your energy, and your stage of life — no pressure, no expectations, no "keeping up." Bubs and children are always welcome; this is a space built for mums.
Outside of work, Lisa is a mum of three (ages 10, 8 and 3), a keen trail runner, a savoury-over-sweet home cook, and always up for a family camping trip.
