Registered Yoga Teacher & Prenatal Yoga Specialist
For over 13 years, I've had the privilege of supporting women on the Central Coast through prenatal and postnatal yoga, gentle flow, yoga for seniors, and movement for those recovering from breast cancer. My approach is nurturing, holistic and trauma-informed, creating a space where every woman feels safe, supported and empowered.
I still remember attending prenatal yoga during my own pregnancies, it was the one evening each week that I knew I'd have a truly restful night's sleep. That experience inspired my passion for creating a space where women can slow down, breathe deeply, connect with other mums-to-be, and leave feeling calmer, more rested and more prepared for birth.

Village Mothers’ Group
Term begins…
20 April | 20 July | 12 October
Monday mornings for 6 weeks 10:00am – 12:00pm
For mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months
Held at The Village Collective, Ettalong Beach
If you’re craving connection, guidance, and a space where you can simply be — this is for you.
Our Village Mothers’ Group is a carefully curated 6-week series designed to support you through the early months of motherhood. Combining expert guidance with genuine connection, this is your opportunity to learn, share, and feel held within a supportive community.
What makes this group different:
Expert-led sessions
Each week, a trusted practitioner from The Village Collective joins us to share practical, evidence-based guidance on topics like baby massage, infant sleep, feeding, maternal wellbeing, and more.
Meaningful connection
Groups are intentionally kept small (maximum of 10 mums) to allow for real conversations and lasting connections. You’ll also be invited into a private WhatsApp group for ongoing support between sessions.
A relaxed, welcoming space
There’s no pressure here. Sessions include time for baby play, connection, and conversation—alongside tea, coffee, and nourishing snacks.
Holistic, mother-centred support
Facilitated by experienced professionals, this group supports not just your baby—but you. Because when mothers feel supported, everything changes.
At its heart, the Village Mothers’ Group is about recreating the kind of support we were never meant to do without—a village.
Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Pregnancy Strength 6 Week Course
Starting at Ettalong on Wednesday 19 August - a 6 week Pregnancy Strength Course.
Pregnancy is one of the biggest physical changes your body will ever go through. This six week program is designed to help you feel strong, move well and prepare your body for birth, recovery and the physical demands of motherhood.
Led by MumSafe™ Trainers and pre and postnatal exercise specialists, each 45 minute class combines evidence-informed strength training, practical education and functional movement in a welcoming, supportive environment.
You'll learn how to strengthen your body safely throughout pregnancy, improve your confidence with everyday movement, better understand your core and pelvic floor, and develop skills that will support you long after your baby arrives.
Every session includes a mix of mobility, strength training, breathing and movement coaching. You'll also take away practical tips you can apply at home, whether that's lifting your toddler, managing pressure through your core, or preparing for a smoother return to exercise after birth.
Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes can be adapted to your stage of pregnancy and previous exercise experience.
Whether you're new to exercise or already active, you'll be supported to move safely, build strength and become part of a village of local mums who are navigating pregnancy alongside you.
What we will cover:
Week 1: Build Your Foundations
Breathing, pressure management and moving under load.
Week 2: Strong Legs and Hips
Building lower-body strength and learning how to squat well.
Week 3: Upper-Body Strength for Motherhood
Preparing your back, shoulders and arms for lifting and carrying.
Week 4: Core Strength During Pregnancy
Understanding your core and learning how to lift from the floor.
Week 5: Move Well Every Day
Practising functional movements for everyday life.
Week 6: Fourth Trimester and Recovery
Early postpartum movement, returning to exercise and when to seek additional support.
If you miss a week you can join a Erina class on a Tuesday.

The Village Birth Prep Course
Preparing Your Mind & Body for Birth
A Full-Day Birth Prep Course for You and Your Birth Partner | 9am – 5pm
Most birth education teaches you about labour. This workshop teaches you what to actually do when it starts.
You'll spend the day with a team of four specialist practitioners — a Home & Hospital Birth Midwife, a Doula, a Lactation Consultant, and a Pre & Postnatal MumSafe Personal Trainer — who work with birthing families every single day. This isn't a generalist prenatal class. It's a full day with the exact people families call on through pregnancy, labour, and those first fragile weeks postpartum, all in one room, all focused on you.
Why Families Choose This Workshop
Most antenatal courses leave you with information but no idea how to use it when contractions start. This workshop closes that gap.
Birth isn't something you learn about — it's something you move through, respond to, and experience in your body. Understanding the process matters, but practising the tools with experienced practitioners in the room is what builds real confidence going into labour.
Across the day, our team will help you:
Understand what your body is doing during labour, physiologically
Practise practical ways to support and work with the birth process
Rehearse hands-on tools before labour begins, not for the first time during it
Give your birth partner a clear, confident, active role
A Team With Range — Not Just One Perspective
Because you're learning from a Midwife, Doula, Lactation Consultant, and Pre & Postnatal PT together, you get a rounded picture of birth preparation that a single-practitioner course can't offer:
Midwifery expertise on the physiology of labour and how it progresses in home and hospital settings
Doula-led hands-on comfort measures, positioning, and continuous partner support techniques
Pre + Postnatal Trainer-guided movement, strength, and pelvic preparation you can safely continue at home
Lactation consulting insight into the fourth trimester, feeding, and the early postpartum transition
You leave with one cohesive plan, built by the specialists who each live in their part of this journey daily.
What You'll Learn
Understanding Labour
What happens physiologically during labour
How labour progresses and what supports it
How to work with your body rather than against it

Birth-supportive exercises to build strength and endurance
Pelvic mobility and positioning to support baby's movement
Floor-based and birth ball exercises you can continue at home
Breath & Nervous System Support

Tools to support your nervous system during labour
Hands-On Labour Tools
Labour positions and movement sequences
Partner support techniques for comfort and positioning
Acupressure for pregnancy and labour
How to use a TENS machine, including pad placement

How to support yourself and your baby through the transition into parenthood
Built for Partners Who Want a Real Role
The most common thing we hear from partners is: "I want to help, but I don't know what to do."
This workshop is designed to answer that directly. Partners leave with practical, rehearsed tools for movement, comfort measures, breathwork, and positioning — so instead of standing by, they walk into the birth space knowing exactly how to support you.
What's Included
A full day with four specialist practitioners in a small-group setting
Hands-on guided practice throughout the day
Full access to birth balls, TENS machines, rebozos and slings
Take-home resources to keep practising after the workshop
Tea and light refreshments
Dedicated time for your questions and individual support
Who This Is For
This workshop is ideal if you:
Are in your second or third trimester
Want a practical, hands-on approach rather than another lecture
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice online
Want your partner to feel genuinely confident and involved
Are after a supportive, evidence-informed approach — without rigid rules or pressure
A Gentle Note
Every birth is unique. This workshop isn't about controlling or predicting how your birth will unfold — it's about helping you feel prepared, adaptable, and supported, whichever way your labour goes.
Ready to Feel More Prepared?
Spend a full day with a Midwife, Doula, Lactation Consultant, and Pre & Postnatal PT, and leave with the knowledge, tools, and partner-ready confidence to approach birth feeling calm and prepared.

Carve Your Path: Boys Wellbeing Workshop
4 sessions 3 - 4pm on July 8th / 9th / 15th / 16th
A hands-on workshop supporting boys to build confidence, emotional awareness, and respectful relationships—through carving, connection, and guided conversation.
At the moment, our plan is to have this series held in the school holidays (4 sessions within 2 weeks) but for homeschooling families this could be throughout the school term too.
No prior experience needed. All materials provided.
About the Program
Carve Your Path is a small-group developmental wellbeing program designed for boys aged 9–12.
Blending traditional spoon carving with gentle, guided conversations, this program creates a safe and supportive space for boys to explore:
Confidence and identity
Emotional regulation
Respect, boundaries, and consent
Healthy expressions of masculinity
At this age, boys are navigating big changes—socially, emotionally, and developmentally. This workshop offers a grounded, practical way to support them through this stage, with positive male mentoring and hands-on learning.
A Program in Development
This workshop is currently being offered as a pilot 4-session program.
We’re intentionally keeping this first round small and responsive, which means:
The structure may be refined based on group needs
Future offerings may expand (including programs for older boys and men)
Your feedback will help shape how this evolves within The Village
What Makes This Workshop Different
This isn’t a sit-and-listen program.
Each session uses woodworking as the anchor, allowing conversations to unfold naturally — side by side, without pressure.
Boys will:
Learn safe, supervised carving skills
Build patience, focus, and problem-solving abilities
Develop emotional awareness in a non-confrontational way
Practise respectful communication and decision-making
Take home a handcrafted wooden spoon as a symbol of their growth
Program Overview
Each session builds on the last, supporting both practical skill development and emotional growth.
Session 1 – Foundations: Skill, Safety & Focus
Learning carving basics alongside building trust, group safety, and emotional regulation.
Session 2 – Real Strength & Online Messages
Exploring confidence, media influences, and what “strength” really means.
Session 3 – Consent, Boundaries & Respect
Age-appropriate conversations about respect, personal space, and relationships.
Session 4 – Handling Rejection & Big Feelings
Building resilience, managing emotions, and reflecting on personal growth.
Who This Is For
This program is designed for:
Boys aged 9–12 years
Families wanting to support emotional wellbeing in a practical, engaging way
Boys who may benefit from building confidence, connection, or emotional awareness
Those who learn best through doing, not just talking

Mamma-to-be Gathering Sunday 7 June 2026 10am-11:30am
These beautiful mornings are calm, nurturing and nourishing for pregnant mums no matter what stage of pregnancy from 6 weeks 40 weeks you are all welcome!
Each gathering starts with a mindful practice, followed by sharing in a beautiful supported circle. I share practical tips and tools on a different area of birth or postpartum. We finish the Gathering off with a restorative meditation. I will also bring along some homemade goodies to enjoy and warming tea.
The Gatherings are an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded mammas-to-be and find beautiful friends to journey through into motherhood with!
I cannot wait to welcome you to these Mamma-to-be Gatherings and support you through your journey into motherhood and meeting your village!!
