The Village Birth Prep Course
Preparing Your Mind & Body for Birth
A Full-Day Birth Prep Course for You and Your Birth Partner (9am-5pm) The next course will be run on 27th June, 8 August, 19 September, 31 October.
Led by a Home & Hospital Birth Midwife, Doula, Lactation Consultant and Pre & Postnatal PT, this workshop brings together a team of experienced practitioners who support families through pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period every day.
If you're approaching birth and wondering what to actually do when labour begins, you're not alone.
Many parents leave antenatal education with information but still feel unsure how to apply it when the big day arrives.
The Birth Prep Workshop is designed to bridge that gap between knowledge and readiness, helping you feel physically prepared, mentally grounded and confident in your ability to navigate labour with a partner who knows exactly how to support you.
Why This Workshop Is Different
