Our studio spaces at Ettalong Beach and Erina are available for casual hire — perfect for birthday parties, small gatherings, and community events.

Pricing
Ettalong Beach $45 per hour
Erina $55 per hour
2-hour minimum hire
$100 security deposit — refundable, covers any damages or cleaning required
Please note: your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
What's Included
Kitchenette with hot and cold water, and tea
Toilets
Baby change area
Exclusive access to the space for the duration of your booking (other rooms not included in your booking will not be accessible)
Please note (Ettalong Beach only): exclusive access does not extend to the outdoor atrium area. If you'd like to make use of the common outdoor space, please be aware other events may be taking place in the Galleria at the same time.
How It Works
Access to the space is self-managed for your convenience. You'll be provided with a code for a lockbox on the day, giving you access to the space for your booked hire window.
