Baby Massage, Yoga & Mama Time
A 4-week course of gentle massage, movement, play and connection with your baby starting 19 November.
Thursdays, 12pm–1:30pm · for mums and bubs aged 8 weeks–6 months
Each week we'll guide you through simple massage and movement to support your baby's development, while giving you space to breathe and feel grounded. It's relaxed, interactive, and a lovely way to connect with other mums at the same stage.
We also check in with each mum, share how we're really doing, and enjoy tea and treats together every week.
A beautiful way to meet like-minded mums and build connection — with your baby, with others, and with yourself.
Led by Katie from Mineral & Grace, held at The Village Collective.
