Eloise Doherty

Eloise is a PACFA registered counsellor and psychology honours student, working with children, adolescents and families through her practice, ORLA Counselling.

Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief:

Resilience already exists within every person.

Through a trauma-informed, relational approach, Eloise supports clients to reconnect with that strength and move toward a more authentic and connected way of living.

She is especially passionate about supporting:

  • children and adolescents

  • parents and caregivers

  • families navigating change or challenge

With a focus on emotional regulation, connection and long-term wellbeing.

Eloise works from a trauma-informed, relational and client-centred framework.

This means:

  • you are met where you are

  • your experiences are explored safely

  • your pace is respected

Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about:

  • understanding patterns

  • reflecting on experience

  • learning new ways of relating

  • and moving forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are
