Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting sleep advice? Join me for a relaxed, no-judgment conversation about infant sleep β no need to arrange childcare, bring bub along.
Who it's for: Parents of babies 12+ weeks, or anyone wanting to understand biologically normal infant and toddler sleep.
We'll talk through:
Normal sleep patterns and what to actually expect at different ages
Your child's biological sleep regulators β and how they actually work
The nervous system's role in sleep, for both baby and you
How to optimise normal sleep, rather than force it into a schedule
How to identify sleep issues that may need further investigation
Practical tools to address common sleep challenges
You'll walk away with knowledge and strategies to feel more confident navigating your infant's sleep β no scripts, no pressure, just support that fits your family.
About me
Iβm Harriet - Midwife, Child and family health trained, holistic sleep and IBCLC who offers gentle, responsive, and evidence-informed sleep support for families with children aged 0β8 years. I do not practice sleep training β no extinction, timed responding, or behaviour-based strategies designed to override your child's cues. Instead, I guide families on optimising normal sleep and recognising when something needs a closer look.
My approach works with your child's sleep regulators, nervous system, development, and temperament, alongside the realities of your family, values, and capacity. This is about finding a rhythm that's sustainable and respectful β not chasing perfection.
Bring a friend and save β bring another mum along for $80 total (2 tickets).
