There are 4 rooms to suit a variety of practice needs.

Shared complex parking is available directly outside the shops.
We ask that you please use street parking where possible, leaving the carpark free for everyone’s clients — especially families with prams and those with mobility needs.
Street parking available all around our location and back street.

Shared Hallway/Studio — street-facing with natural light, great visibility for your practice
Front Consulting Room — fully furnished with comfortable seating and side table includes built-in raised desk space with stool, storage and sink
Therapy Room — tiled floor, treatment bed, includes built-in storage and sink
Treatment Room — Currently rented out full time (contact Harriet or Kathryn if this is something that interests you)
Back Consulting Room — a comfortable, styled space ideal for one-on-one sessions with space for a portable massage table

Exclusive use of your room for the full duration of your booking
Daytime bookings 8am - 5pm
After hours bookings charged hourly after 5pm
Access to the shared kitchenette and appliances
Professionally styled, furnished rooms (long-term lease holders may furnish their own room)

You'll be given the lockbox code on commencement.
6am to 5pm daily, after hours by arrangement.
If you're on a contracted room agreement, you're welcome to a copy of the front door key and a separate key to secure your room with your own lock and keep the key with you.
A duplicate key must be lodged securely off-site with Harriet or Kathryn as a safety and emergency measure only — your room won't be accessed without your prior written consent, except in a genuine emergency involving risk to life or property.

A-frame or footpath signage is welcome outside the shopfronts during your session times. Staff may reposition signage if it affects the overall look of the venue, but it will always stay visible to arriving clients.

A first aid kit is located on the premises — its exact location will be shown to you on commencement in the shared ammenities in the back kitchenette.
In an emergency: call 000, alert any other practitioners in the space, follow the posted evacuation procedure, then call/notify Harriet or Kathryn via WhatsApp as soon as it's safe to do so.
