There will be connection, sharing and lots of chats about birth and postpartum. Each month we focus on a different topic and these are the topics for the coming months:
26 September - Creating a calm and connected fourth trimester
24 October - Movement & stretching in pregnancy to support your labour
28 November - Mindful Hypnobirthing for labour
Each session including a grounding mindfulness activity, sharing in circle while enjoy tea and home cooked treats and of course meeting new pregnant mamma friends and growing your village of support.
