Hi, I’m Yvette — qualified remedial massage therapist and certified pregnancy massage practitioner, and the face behind Little Relax Co. I work out of The Village Collective on Friday’s.

My massage journey began back in 2006 when I completed my Certificate IV in Remedial Massage through the School of Integrated Body Therapy. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively, learning and experiencing different massage techniques from around the world. These experiences have shaped my holistic and intuitive approach to care.

After returning to my hometown on the Central Coast and starting a family of my own, I found myself drawn back to massage— this time with a deeper appreciation for the importance of rest, connection, and calm. Working in a local day spa helped me reconnect with my passion, and in 2016, I completed additional training with Pregnancy Massage Australia, becoming a certified practitioner.

I founded Little Relax Co. to create a flexible, family-friendly massage service that fits around real life—mine and yours. Whether you’re an expectant mum, a tired partner, a grandparent, or simply someone in need of a little time out, my goal is to help you relax, switch off, and release tension in a safe and nurturing space.

Massage shouldn’t feel like a luxury — it’s an essential part of caring for your body and mind. I’m here to make that care feel accessible, gentle, and tailored just for you.
