Meet Courtney
Courtney’s journey into naturopathy began through her own experience of wanting to better understand and support her health. While volunteering at Gwinganna Health Retreat, she experienced naturopathic care for the first time and was struck by an approach that looked beyond symptoms to understand the whole person.
That experience sparked a passion for helping others feel heard, supported and more connected to their bodies.
With a particular love for pregnancy and postpartum health, shaped by her own journey through motherhood, Courtney understands just how transformative these seasons can be. Through personalised and holistic naturopathic care, she supports women and families with practical, achievable recommendations that honour their individual needs and fit into everyday life.
At the heart of Courtney’s work is a desire to help people better understand their bodies, reconnect with their own rhythms and feel empowered in their health and wellbeing.
Who I work with
Courtney supports women, babies and children with personalised naturopathic care across a range of health concerns and life stages, including:
Skin & Gut Health — Supporting digestive, gut and skin concerns from a whole-body perspective.
Preconception, Pregnancy & Postpartum — Supporting women with nourishment, wellbeing and changing nutritional needs throughout the motherhood journey.
Infant & Children’s Health — Gentle, individualised support for babies and children through their different stages of growth and development.
Why I love this work
My mission is to empower people to reconnect with their bodies, understand their unique rhythms and support their innate capacity for healing and wellbeing.
I have a particular passion for pregnancy and postpartum health, shaped by my own experiences of motherhood. I understand how transformative these seasons of life can be, and how important it is to feel supported, nourished and connected to yourself throughout the journey.
Through personalised, holistic naturopathic care, I hope to help women and families feel more confident in their health, with practical recommendations that honour their individual needs and fit into everyday life.
A bit more about me
Outside of my work, I’m a mum to my beautiful five-year-old son and two-year-old daughter, who I was incredibly fortunate to birth at home. My own experiences of pregnancy, birth and motherhood have shaped so much of who I am and have given me a deep passion for supporting and advocating for homebirth.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me painting, drawing or creating something, with a book in my hand whenever I get the chance. I love taking my kids on little adventures, spending time together as a family and, above all, continuing to learn and grow into the best mother I can be for them.
Before your appointment
You'll receive a health history form by email to complete beforehand, giving me time to review your history so we can make the most of our session together.
You don't need blood tests before your first appointment — if you already have recent pathology or a GP referral for testing, feel free to bring it along and we'll review it together.
Your first consultation is about getting to know you: your symptoms, lifestyle and goals, and working out together where to start.
