This workshop will be led by Bree Sutherland, the founder of Soul FULL Coaching & Yoga. Bree is a certified Matrescence Facilitator, Life Coach, and Yoga Teacher, as well as a mother herself. With a deep commitment to supporting women through the profound shifts of motherhood, she creates nurturing spaces for self-discovery and empowerment.

Motherhood transforms every part of a woman — mind, body, and soul. Yet the journey of Matrescence — the transition into and through motherhood — is often overlooked, leaving many women feeling unseen, unprepared, or disconnected from themselves.

This introductory Matrescence Awareness & Embodiment Workshop is a deeply nourishing space created for mothers in the early years postpartum — beyond the first 12 months — who may be navigating the ongoing shifts of identity, energy, purpose, and self.

It’s a space for those who are ready to move from simply surviving to gently thriving.

Blending insightful Matrescence education with guided reflection and restorative yoga, this workshop offers you space to:

Explore the ongoing impact of Matrescence, including emotional, physical, and identity transformations.

Reconnect with yourself through nurturing, reflective practices.

Experience gentle, restorative yoga designed to foster mind-body connection, supporting your nervous system & creating space for reflection, introspection, and the integration of your learnings.

Feel seen, heard, and truly understood in a safe, supportive, nurturing space.


Motherhood changes everything — but you don’t have to lose yourself in the process.

This is your invitation to soften, to breathe, and to return to the woman within the mother.

First Moon Circles are a beautiful, empowering alternative to traditional period education featuring craft, conversations and a special parent-daughter celebration.

These sacred, beautiful, love-filled and most important of all FUN space for young girls and people identifying as female* to gather in circle to receive knowledge and tools to start their periods with ease, flow (pardon the pun!) and comfort.

The benefit of celebrating menarche as a rite of passage ripples out across whole lifetimes, and generations far into the future.

This is a three hour circle. The first two hours is with the girls only.

Mothers join us for last hour to celebrate their daughter.

Herbal Self-Care Workshop is the second gathering facilitated by Maddie Lyons (Naturopath & Herbalist) at The Village Collective in Ettalong Beach.

As we approach the cooler months of the year, we will gather to discuss herbal self-care practices, learn about various herbal medicines, and create a custom herbal cream to treat your individual skin condition. Facilitated by naturopath and herbalist, Maddie Lyons, this workshop will include naturopathic insights to women's health, skin healing and nervous system.

About Maddie:

Maddie Lyons is a clinical naturopath and herbalist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and full practicing member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia. Maddie's clinical experience includes menstrual cycle conditions, fertility and preconception, pregnancy support, postpartum care, perimenopause and menopause, children's health conditions, gut health and metabolism, mental health and skin conditions.

Maddie is available for one-on-one naturopathic consultations at The Village Collective, either in-person or via Telehealth. Maddie also facilitates naturopathic and herbal medicine workshops and talks, on topics such as herbal medicine making, herbal self-care, holistic stress management and postpartum recovery.

This 90-minute workshop is a space to reconnect with your creative self in the tender season of early motherhood. Whether through music, movement, poetry, or any form of expression, you’ll be gently guided to share your unique light in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

Come as you are—babies under two are welcome. Let’s build a village where we support one another in reclaiming joy, confidence, and self-expression.

About Valerie:

As I journeyed into motherhood, I found myself grieving the parts of me that felt left behind—especially the time I once devoted to singing and playing guitar, which had long been my sacred outlets for creative expression. The whirlwind of new responsibilities meant that basic needs often took priority, leaving little space for creativity, self-care, or simply being with myself.

With a background in facilitation and a deep passion for holding space, I’ve lovingly created this workshop to shift the narrative around the postpartum experience. My intention is to offer a space where mamas can be fully seen, supported, and celebrated as they express their truest, most radiant selves.

Foundation Course: Returning to Exercise Safely - Starts 14 May

When returning to exercise there are some key components that we need to be looking at. Although the doctor gives us the all clear at that 6 week check up there are so many factors to consider before jumping straight back into exercise.

In this 6 week Foundations Course we’ll go over the importance of taking things slow and setting up a strong foundation first, as this is going to allow you to build strength from the inside out and help you progress safely and confidently. The breath work I teach in this course will not only assist you in returning to the exercise of your choice but also assist in supporting you in everyday life too!


Cost: $120 for 6 weeks

Dates: 14 May - 18 June 2025

Day + Time: Wednesdays 12pm - 1pm

What to expect over the 6 weeks

Week 1 - Basic Anatomy and the introduction of breath work and the important role it plays in setting up a strong foundation. We’ll also look at daily habits that can assist us and some gentle mobility work

Week 2 - We add on the next layer and that is our pelvic floor work. We go over visualisation and activations to support you in your training and everyday life. We add some movement to this to see how the switch ons assist us.

Week 3 - We look at the anatomy of our core and how it supports us, and find your unique cue for activations and visualtions. We add in some integrative core work here too.

Week 4 - We put the above steps into practice and strat to add in more movement e.g. sagittal, even weights, bilateral. We also add in a test that can be done when you’re in various exercises to make sure you’re progressing safely.

Week 5 - We continue with Movement but look at different ways the body will move when load has been added. (transverse, frontal, loaded)

Week 6 - Cardio week. This week we go over options for cardio and workshop any questions you may have.

These beautiful mornings are calm, nurturing and nourishing for pregnant mums no matter what stage of pregnancy from 6 weeks 40 weeks you are all welcome!

Each gathering starts with a mindful practice, followed by sharing in a beautiful supported circle. I share practical tips and tools on a different area of birth or postpartum. We finish the Gathering off with a restorative meditation. I will also bring along some homemade goodies to enjoy and warming tea.

The Gatherings are an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded mammas-to-be and find beautiful friends to journey through into motherhood with!
