For those in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy preparing to welcome a baby they plan to breastfeed.
Learn all the fundamentals of how breastfeeding works, how to best support a smooth start to your breastfeeding journey and some early troubleshooting tactics.
We also look at making and maintaining milk supply and what normal newborn behaviour is!
A Q+A time at the end ensures we can cover all the topics needed to help you feel confident heading into parenthood.
